The published prices are valid unless there is a typographical error. The prices, characteristics, and availability of the products sold on the Website may vary. In such cases, the customer will be informed before accepting any order.
The product price is valid at the time the order is accepted. Website prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due. Prices may change at any time, but (except as stated above) changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent an Order Confirmation.
Discount Codes: Only one discount code may be used per order.

ORDER SHIPPING
We currently offer shipping to mainland Spain. If your country is not listed, feel free to contact us to request shipping to your country.
Orders are shipped by specialized courier agencies, and the shipping cost will be provided to the user during the purchase process before finalizing it.
The shipment of orders will be made immediately after the payment is completed.
Please note that our Customer Service team will keep you informed of the status of your order during preparation and shipping if requested.
SHIPPING COSTS
We charge a fixed shipping fee:

Free Shipping
We currently offer free shipping in mainland Spain for orders over €20. Certain exceptions may apply. Please contact us for more information.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
When filling out the purchase details, it is possible to ship to an address different from the billing address. Simply select the desired address or provide a different shipping address during registration or while placing the order.
The delivery will be considered completed once it has been handed over to the person at the indicated address, even if that person is different from the buyer.
DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are shipped from Spain with Amazon MCF. Delivery takes 3-5 business days for orders to mainland Spain and between 8-10 business days for other countries.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with consumer protection regulations, the user has 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the date of receiving the purchased product. The user must contact HONEST BRANDS HOLDING SL via email at shop@ninawoof.com, stating their wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.
CONFLICT RESOLUTION
HONEST BRANDS HOLDING SL is not affiliated with any consumer conflict resolution or arbitration platform, but we are available to our customers through the customer service channels listed on the website.

The Member is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local income taxes, sales taxes, use taxes, or other taxes that may arise from the Member’s participation in the Program.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
