The Nina Woof × UNCAGED Collar is a plant-based dog collar made with ELEVATE™, a premium biomaterial with the hand of full-grain leather — but with no PVC, no petroleum-based plastics, and nothing of animal origin. Hand-cut and finished with gold-tone hardware and a sturdy buckle, it's a vegan, luxury alternative to traditional leather. Available in three colors — Cherry Red, Cloud and Coffee — and three sizes (XS–M).

Your ELEVATE™ accessory is made for many walks. To keep it looking its best:
· Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and mild soap; remove excess water and let it air dry.
· Avoid soaking or submerging it.
· Store away from intense heat and prolonged direct sunlight to preserve its color and hand.
· Don't use solvents or abrasive cleaners.
Returns
Returns must be requested within ten (10) days of the delivery date. Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all tags, labels and packaging intact.
Change of mind: if you're returning simply because you changed your mind, the return shipping cost is covered by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Faulty or damaged items: if your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
To start a return, email shop@ninawoof.com. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund or exchange (please allow up to 5 days). Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
